One-on-one personalized pelvic floor PT sessions in the comfort of your own home. Provided for pregnant and postpartum women to treat pregnancy and postpartum related conditions such as but not limited to...low back pain, pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, and more. Sessions can include both external and internal manual treatment, exercise prescription, and home exercise program development.

Sessions can be booked a la cart at $225 for a 75 minute initial eval and $175 for 60 minute follow up sessions. Package rates are available at discounted prices.

Although we are out of network with insurance, we can provide you with a superbill to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Emotional and physical support during the perinatal period, and during labor and delivery.

2-3 prenatal sessions to discuss birth plans, and address any questions and concerns leading up to labor and delivery

Starting at 37 weeks, available by text 24/7, and available by phone call 24/7 at onset of labor. Continuous in person support during active labor.  

​

1 postpartum session to discuss the birthing process and address any questions or concerns. 

​
